Sinnamon Park is a suburb of Brisbane situated 14 kilometres southwest of the Brisbane CBD with the Brisbane River at its northern boundary. It has a population of 6, 362 as recorded by the 2011 Census. It is named after the first occupants of the area, the Sinnamon family. The current Sinnamon Village Retirement Complex and river flats at the eastern side of Centenery Freeway were formerly the family’s farm.
Some Heritage-listed sites in the suburb include Sinnamon Memorial Uniting Church and Sinnamon Farm both located along Seventeen Mile Rocks Road.
