Fairfield is a suburb of the City of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia which is located just 5 kilometres south of the Brisbane Central Business District. It is mainly a residential suburb with a population of 2,554 according to the 2011 Australian Census.
In the northern boundary of the suburb is the South Brisbane Cemetery, the Beenleigh railway line to the east, Venner Road to the south, and the Brisbane River to the west.
